Made from polyurethane foam - a long lasting but not fully sustainable material. These keyrings also score lower when ordered from Europe because of the distance involved in freight.

Design Tips:
- Floating foam keyrings should be designed with buoyancy in mind (for example a 40mm, 3-layer square floats an 11g key).
- To float 3 - 4 small keys, the size should be around 100x40x20mm).
- The thicker you go - the better the floatability.
- For your logos, we recommend vector files but if not high quality jpgs are ok for the print.
- Please provide Pantone references for colour accuracy.
- Minimum text size: 4mm (especially on dark foam).
- Avoid small print and bright colors on dark foam due to print clarity issues.
- They can be cut anyway you like.
- We can use 2, 3, 4 or 5 layers of foam.
- There are set colours to choose from (shown in the product images).
- Mix and match colored foam layers any way you like..
- Miniumum order for custom Pantone matched foam colours is around x3000.
- We can make these any thickness. Standard is 9mm, 12mm, 15mm or 20mm.
- Floating foam keyrings should be designed with buoyancy in mind (for example a 40mm, 3-layer square floats an 11g key).
- Using more layers increases buoyancy. So 5 layers of foam resulting in 4mm total thickness can float better than 4 layers with a 5mm total thickness.
