Design Tips:
- Enamel fill can be pantone matched
- If using large blocks of colour, either choose higher quality, hard enamel or add a transparent epoxy coating for colour protection (extra cost)
- A metal border of 0.4mm is needed to separate colours
- A general border of 1-1.5mm is needed from the edge of the keyring when using enamel fill
- Printing on metal keyrings will tend to scratch off so we advise against this.

Yes, we can send past job samples free of charge along with a visual proof. If you prefer a prototype, we can provide one for around £50 plus a mould charge. The mould charge is refundable when you place a full order.

Absolutely. You can opt for vibrant enamel fill colours that can be Pantone matched, or choose a more economical non-coloured laser engraving option if you prefer. We can also print onto thin metal plates, and encapsulate that within the keyring - a transparent epoxy coating is usually added for colour protection.
