Choosing Your Colours

Choosing your Ad-Loop colours is straightforward, with plenty of flexibility to get creative to match your branding.

1

Ribbon Colour

First up you can choose your ribbon colour. Most people choose white, then print onto that. But there are other great options available too Choose from White, Orange, Fluorescent Orange, Yellow, and Fluorescent Yellow. For coloured ribbons, black print is recommended for clarity.

2

Text/Print Colour

When it comes to printing your text/logo, we can Pantone match to make sure our colours match exactly to your brand. Note that coloured ribbons make things a lot more difficult in this respect.

Sometimes customers want the whole background of the ribbon to be their brand colour. This is possible using a technique called 'reverse-printing'. Let's take a white ribbon for example. We can print the whole ribbon in a Pantone matched green colour, leaving the text unprinted, so the white ribbon shows through.

3

Loop End & Underside Colours

We have lots of colour options for loop ends. The underside colours are the same as the loop end colours and we usually match loops ends to underside. We can use a different colour, but extra costs are involved.

Design Tips

  • Keep It Simple: Short messages (up to 50 characters) are more effective. Aim for easy-to-read designs that capture attention.
  • Specifications to Remember: Use bold text at a minimum of 10pt size. For reversed designs, the same applies, and all lines must be at least 0.3mm thick.
  • Maximize Readability: A clean design with bold fonts ensures your keyring looks professional and stands out.
