Design Tips:
- For laser engraving we need to change the base metal from iron to the more expensive zinc alloy option (or black dyed iron).
- Adding an epoxy coating to enamel fill tokens is not ideal as it increases the thickness and may prevent fitting in trolleys.
- Trolley tokens thicker than 3mm may be problematic

We can even print full colour designs onto a flat hard enamel surface (which we then laquer to pretect the print.

Yes, we create a custom mould specific to your brand at no extra cost. The recesses are then colour filled with enamel, with pantone matching available to ensure consistency across your brand.

Your logo will either added to the mould, then colour filled. engraved using laser etching or block colour fills or through numbering based on your preference.
Yes, samples can be ordered from Just Keyrings. We can send a past example free of charge. Alternatively we can post a prototype - sample charge of £50 (non-refundable), and a mould charge of approximately £50 which is refundable upon making a full order.
The keyrings come in sizes suitable to hold £1 or €1 coins. The sizes are 23.25mm diameter x 2mm thick for €1 coin and 22.4mm diameter x 3mm thick for £1 coin.
