Materials Used
Crafted in the UK from 100% recycled high-impact polystyrene - a smart blend of items like used yogurt tubs, shower trays, fridge parts, and old CD cases! Transforming discarded plastic into something useful (and stylish) once more. Each keyring is finished with a sturdy zamak alloy split-ring.
They’re fully recyclable, too - any off-cuts from making them are recycled daily and made into more keyrings. Tested to ISO 15985 and ASTM B5511 certification.

Made from recycled plastic, they’re a much greener choice compared to standard options, and being produced right here in the UK, their environmental footprint is impressively low.

Although the price is the same, RecycledBio+ stands out due to its composition and appearance. Our standard recycled material is available in various standard colours and closely resembles conventional plastic. RecycledBio+, however, not only uses our standard recycled plastic but also includes factory waste, print process waste, and a biodegradable additive to speed up decomposition. This blend creates a subtle grey-speckled look, giving the products a more natural, attractive finish while reducing the overall carbon footprint.
RecycledBio+ is both 100% recycled and biodegradable. In tests following ASTM D5511—the industry-standard method for measuring anaerobic biodegradation in high-solids conditions—it achieved 6.4% biodegradation within 45 days.
The minimum order quantity is 250 keyrings. This ensures you receive the best value and quality for your custom eco-friendly keyrings.
We can send free samples of past jobs - just get in touch! Alternatively, prototypes are usually produced within around six working days from artwork approval and payment. Once the prototype is approved, standard production takes up to ten working days. Please note that express lead times are not guaranteed.
